At my core, I’m here to help you to reconnect with your truest self – to step away from the noise, pressure, and perfectionism so often tied to health and wellness. Instead of chasing unrealistic ideals, I guide you to tune into the innate wisdom of your body, heart, and soul.
My background as a competitive triathlete, teacher, weight management consultant, and energy healer has shown me that the most powerful and lasting transformations happen when we honour the whole person – mind, body, and spirit.
While I still love to move and honour my body through exercise, my deepest passion isn’t working with athletes – it’s walking beside those who don’t see themselves that way. The ones who feel lost, stuck, overwhelmed, scared, or “not good enough”. The ones who just need a gentle nudge, a safe space, and a little extra care and clear guidance.
That’s why I created F.L.A.M.E.
