I am the person I once needed, and now I guide others who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they're simply not "good enough". My deepest passion is walking beside those who need to feel seen and heard - nurturing the space for you to take root, grow, and bloom in your own unique way.
Through my own journey of growth and healing, alongside my background as a competitive triathlete, teacher, weight management consultant, and energy healer, I've learned that the most powerful and lasting change happens when we honour the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. This understanding shaped my 7-pillared approach to health, weaving together nutrition, movement, rest, natural wellness, spiritual practices, creativity, and community.
