The Alchemy of You is a trading name of Plaskett International College, operated by Lisa Picton, offering holistic health and wellness coaching services including weight management, fitness training, nutrition guidance, and energy healing.

Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed. Your results depend on many factors including your dedication, health status, and individual circumstances.

4. Purchasing & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation by email and access details for digital products/services.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services:

Digital programs and courses: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
One-to-one sessions: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Seasonal programs (e.g., Merry & Steady): Refunds are available up to 7 days after purchase or before the program start date, whichever comes first.

All content on this website and within our programs - including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and downloadable materials - is the property of The Alchemy of You and is protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a program grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal use only.
